About the Mudcrabs
Established in 1980, originally known as The Cold Tooths, the Mudcrabs are a friendly, family-focused winter swimming club based at the iconic Forster Ocean Pool.
We welcome swimmers of all ages and abilities. Whether you are competitive, social, or just curious, you will find a relaxed and supportive group.
Many members have been with the club for decades, a reflection of the strong camaraderie and friendships built both in and out of the water.
First time swimmer?
Just turn up a little early on a Sunday morning and introduce yourself. There is no pressure, we will explain how things work and get you involved at your own pace.
Bring swimmers, a towel, and goggles. You will need them.
Our beautiful venue
We swim at the iconic Forster Ocean Baths, one of the best ocean pools on the NSW coast.
